Usernames, League Names, and Content
- Usernames, league names, comments, competition titles, and other user-generated content must not contain offensive, abusive, misleading, unlawful, or inappropriate material.
- We reserve the right to edit, remove, rename, restrict, or moderate usernames, league names, competitions, comments, or other content at our discretion.
- Public competitions, standings, rivalry pages, comments, statistics, and other user-generated content may be visible to other users or publicly accessible online.
Competitions and Standings
- Competition standings, statistics, scores, reminders, and results are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of scores, standings, statistics, or competition outcomes.
- We reserve the right to correct errors, update standings, modify scoring calculations, or remove competitions where necessary.
- Platform decisions regarding competitions, standings, moderation, scoring corrections, or disputes are final unless otherwise stated.
Acceptable Use
- You must not attempt to misuse, disrupt, overload, scrape, or interfere with the website or its services.
- You must not upload malicious code, spam, automated abuse, or misleading content.
- You must not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, admin systems, or restricted sections of the website.

Your use of JustSport.nz is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Refund and Renewal Policy
Please make sure you are comfortable purchasing the annual membership before completing payment. Membership payments are generally non-refundable once the subscription period has started, except where required by law or where a duplicate or incorrect payment has been made. Membership gives you extra flexibility around when eligible selections can be made and allows access to certain supporter features. Most of the core JustSport experience remains available to free users, and membership does not improve your chances of picking every winner — unfortunately, we cannot promise that.
Card memberships renew automatically at the end of each annual subscription period. After payment, the payment button changes to a Manage renewal button. You can use this at any time to turn off automatic renewal and still keep access until the end of your current paid membership period.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
